WWT

I guess the big news is, I finally hit a measured mile running yesterday. I don't think I've gone into this too much before, but the Couch to 5 K program trains to time, not to distance. So, when I was doing C25K, I never really paid much attention to how far I was going before, just how long. Therefore, yesterday was an exciting afternoon.

Which was followed by a very disappointing evening. I can't go into it yet - because I am still waiting for confirmation on some things - but I have some decisions to make. I've got a doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks that may make some of those decisions for me. In the meantime, I'm not really sure where to go from here.

  4. Great job on your mile! That's a huge step - physically and mentally. You're tough, girl! Keep it up! (Can we get a blog button with that keep calm phrase!?)

I hope that your disappointing evening/doctor's appointment don't have to do with anything too serious, but I'll be praying for wisdom and answers soon.
