Friday Randomness

Blogger is back. :) *insert sigh of relief*

Which means I can finally work on today's post as well as the next Movie Monday. So fear not, if you've been waiting for the chance to facepalm yourself, the time has come. Gotta give the people what they want, after all.

I actually don't have much to post about today. Or, I probably do, but I've forgotten it all. So this really isn't that random of a Friday post. Just a Friday puppy post. :)

It was time for the monthly growth pics. We won't be able to do this much longer. They've about hit their full size, if their paws are any indication. Jeb still has a little room to grow, though.

They thought they were going to get a treat.
They did, of course.

But they aren't big fans of posing, in case you can't tell.

Here is Achilles. First night home, and three months later, at 5 months old:

And here is Jeb. Same stats:
Yeah, he did NOT want his pic taken. The whole time I was taking pics of Achilles, Jeb was sitting next to me grinning and happy. Then I sat next to him and said, "Okay, let's take a picture." And the angry eyes came out. He even tried to lean and sidle out of the shot. (He wouldn't cut-and-run, because it's me trying to hold him. And he loves me). But he was Mr. Cranky for this pic.

THIS is his normal expression:

So, there you go. Happy puppy pics.

Have a great weekend!

  1. These pictures crack me up. I still can't believe how much of a personality Jeb has! Drew misses them a lot.

  3. HAHAHA Jeb is cracking me up! He looks like a human kid, saying "Mom, really? More pictures." Jessica is right, he has so much personality. He is cute!!

Can't wait till we finally get a dog. We are thinking sometime in Sept. Any suggestions on a breed that isn't too small but can handle apartment life.

  4. Such handsome dogs!! It takes forever to get my doggy to sit still so I can take a picture. Now he won't look at me.

Oh, and I'm about to purchase one of your "Must Read" books... I'm just not sure which one yet. Thanks for posting them.

  8. Okay, I'm sorry about that post from the other lady. No one reads a blog just so they can facepalm themselves. But nice try. She obviously reads your blog because it's awesome and perhaps took something you wrote the wrong way but that was definitely not the way to handle that. Bleh.

    Love those puppies :)
