Destination: El Paso
As you read this we are most likely loading up the car and Penske with our worldly possessions to head out of Columbus. *tear* But that's for another post.
Since I mentioned purchasing a new house to you guys, I thought it only fair to include some pics for you. I feel comfortable doing this because, as far as I can tell, there's nothing in these pics to indicate exactly where in El Paso we are living.
Anyway, if you recall, last month just prior to starting NaNoWriMo, I went to El Paso solo to find us a house. I did and we are very excited about it.
Here is the bare-bones look at our new house. There are a few housewares in there but they are for staging, not our things. Once I get it looking pretty, I'll post "after" pictures as well. :)
Front outside
Back yard
In case you can't tell, that's just dirt in the yard. :) Yes, it's the desert, but even in the desert people landscape. Except these people, obviously. We have big plans.

Guest bathroom, nothing special
Guest bedroom (both basically the same, only took one photo)
Master bedroom
Walk-in, off bathroom
Master bathroom, shower to the right side (not able to get in pic, mostly showing double vanity), closet to the left - in the mirror
So, that's basically it. I'm really excited about getting there and making it pretty. Just don't expect magical results right away. I work slow. :) But I plan on finally indulging my love of wall appliqués!

Such a cute house! It was nice to read that you're sad to leave Columbus (if I remember correctly you are referring to GA, if not..just ignore this part haha) because my fiance's first duty station is there and I will be moving down this summer. I hope your move goes well!
