Are you sure this isn't a Monday?

Because the epic crappyness of how I feel right now correlates to a Monday much more than a Friday. But whatever.

Rather than dwelling on everything that's annoying me right now, I'm going to focus on happy things.

Like, today is Friday. That means we have another weekend. Granted, SoldierMan has to spend the weekend studying, but that's fine. Like I say, I don't mind him having to study so much as long as he's here.

And this afternoon, I'm going to lunch with some fellow IBOLC wives.

And I am really stinkin' excited to see this trailer:

Seriously, does that not look like all kinds of awesome??

Oh, and the weekend means ice cream. And tomorrow night we're going over to a friend's house for dinner. Fun times.

So yeah, lots to look forward to.

I feel better already.

Or, maybe that's the Coke. :)

  1. I too feel like it should be a Monday.. I blame it on lack of sleep! Let's see.. what do I have to look forward to this weekend? Going out to eat tonight. Spending two days with Trey. Annnddd... that's all I got!

  2. It sort of is my Monday, although it's my Friday and Monday combined, since I took a sick day yesterday and have the weekend off.

I haven't had a Saturday off in awhile, so we're taking advantage and taking a 1-night vacation, leaving tomorrow night. Hope you have a great weekend!

  3. I agree with you, it does not feel like a Friday! I am exhausted and it will not be much of a weekend anyways. David has to work all weekend. Stupid Inspections!! :-(

  4. Hopefully today will get better for you! That trailer looks AMAZING!! It is going on my "must see in theaters" list.

  5. Man I'm with you. I hope your day got better!

  6. I think that's great that you're focusing on the positive though!

I can't wait to see that movie too!

  7. I'm excited to see that movie also! Now that Daniel and I have found a babysitter for the ankle-biters, we can actually GO to the movies again :)
