Words of Wisdom Wednesday

"We're all born pessimists. It takes effort to be optimistic." ~ Rush Limbaugh

Link up below with your words of wisdom for today!

I received another award this week. This must be the season! I've been doing this for a year and I can't remember the last time I saw so many awards get passed around so many times! So I'd like to pass this one along that I received from Kate @ Sometimes Life is Messy.

The rules are:

1. Thank the person that awarded it to you.

2. List 5 things that make you happy.

3. Pass it along to 5 blogs that bring sunshine to your day!

So, thank you, Kate!! :)

5 Things that make me happy:

*talking to SoldierMan*
*Chocolate*
*Reading*
*fitting into "reshrunk" right-out-of-the-dryer jeans
*sunshine

So, now I nominate 5 blogs that bring sunshine to my day!

*Jessica @ Learning As We Go*
*Katie @ The Mathis'*

I am changing the URL to my blog within the next couple of days.
I *LOVE* all of you as followers, so I'm not trying to hide from you, I promise! But I need to change the link. So if you would like to be notified of the change and given the new link - PLEASE EMAIL ME:
MYNEWADDRESSIS*AT*HOTMAIL
(or comment with a reply-to email)
so I can put you on the list. I will be posting this reminder for a while until everyone's had a chance to change over.
There will be a giveaway accompanying the changeover, so don't miss out!!!

  1. Some days are harder than others to be optimistic.

Congrats on the award! Fitting into jeans straight out of the dryer makes me happy too.

  3. Loved your quote today, especially because my post yesterday was about optimism. Had some words of wisdom of my own this week, following your lead with the whole optimism vs pessimism theme. Keep smiling!

I was nice and didn't turn on word verifications. Please reciprocate by having your reply-to email set and not posting anonymously.
