According to my sources, today is Official Delurker Day - basically that means, all y'all who stop by and glance over without commenting (and I know you do from my hit counter), that's called "lurking." So, today, De-lurker yourself!

So, in advance, Nice to meet you!
My name is Amy. and I have no idea how I found you! haha! My goal is to comment more so I hope that you hear from me more often :)
ReplyDeleteDear Jaci,
ReplyDeleteDoes this even apply to me since I am not a lurker?
I don't know how you and I found each others blogs but you are definitely one of my favorite daily reads. :)
Sincerely,
Ashley Clegg Spence
P.S. I have no idea why I wrote this in letter form, but I am too lazy to change it now. Ha
Sorry, I didn't see this until just now. I am a sporadic lurker who pops over from Wiley's site. I am a Canadian Mil Spouse, Air.
ReplyDeleteI am Stefanie and I try to comment on a regular basis. I think I found you through the blog The Undomestic Army Wife. But I am not quite sure anymore.
ReplyDeleteI found your blog via other mil wife blogs. Thanks for the book recommendation, by the way. Jane Eyre has been on my bookshelf for quite a while, and everyone I know who has read it absolutely loved it. So I guess I need to hop to and get to reading it! Also, it's not Old English, but is considered Modern English. Actually, Modern English starts around the time of Shakespeare and the King James Bible. Middle English would be something along the lines of Chaucer (with French influences), while Old English would be something like Beowulf and is very Germanic. Sorry... I was an English major and had more than my fill of linguistics courses, haha!
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh when I saw the title of your blog entry, by the way. I'm one of those people who didn't know the difference between that one because I used the phrase so rarely. Please don't hate me... :)
Hi! I'm Nicole. I found your blog through Kathlyn's blog, her and I went to school together. I love reading your blog! You have great insight on a lot of issues. I will try to comment more as to not be a "lurker"! haha
ReplyDeleteI think I've commented before, but hello anyway :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! I found you cause you left a comment on my blog. Love the blogging world. ;0)
ReplyDeleteI have no idea how I found you, I am sure I clicked a linky somewhere in blog land... I am Random.. nice to meet you!
ReplyDeleteHi! I am Patty, sorry this is so late but I am an occasional lurker who found your blog through Tiffany's Balancing Act. I am a Navy wife and love your blog!!
ReplyDeleteRefreshing. Something about your writing and what you have to say is refreshing. I'm Sarah, a missionary wife living in South America. I've stopped by a couple of times through your comments on An American Mum. God really used your blog tonight to remind me of the sacrifices you military wives make. My husband has been at a conference for a week, the longest we've been apart. I will be praying for you tonight! Thanks for being real and sharing your life in blog land!
