Quite the day

Yesterday was quite interesting. I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to share, actually.

You should have picked up by now on my obsession with all things Big Hollywood, the brainchild of Andrew Breitbart. Well, yesterday, Sister and I were allowed to go on a BH field trip - I mean recon mission - for an upcoming series of posts they are working on. And while we were there, we got to meet the BH thinktank, including the man AB himself. And since I've been a Breitbart fangirl for over a year now, that made the whole trip worth it. He was friendly, personable, approachable, and fired up over this secret mission we were on. It was awesome. Our group was about 10 people, one of them being actor Adam Baldwin from the TV show "Chuck". Also very nice, but he was also fired up and on a mission. There were also several other BH contributors who I do not mean to ignore by not naming them as well, but I honestly don't know how to spell everyone's names. :) (and I can't look them up from here on my phone.)

But seriously, those ten minutes yesterday made the trip worth it. I wasn't able to take pictures, so I don't have any real proof of my star-studded afternoon. You'll just have to take my word for it.

And if any of the BH crowd is reading this (which I doubt but just in case): Thanks for letting a couple of girls from Oklahoma hang out with you yesterday. Culture warriors such as yourselves make me optimistic about our future.

  1. Sounds like you had a great day! I hope the rest of the trip is just as fun.
And I tagged you in my Christmas post

I was nice and didn't turn on word verifications. Please reciprocate by having your reply-to email set and not posting anonymously.
